Great rooftop pool and amazing staff. Room could use a little updating.

Breakfast was delicious and varied

The location was prime and the best, 600 feet away from the subway.

Since we had a departure after midnight to Germany, we asked for a very late checkout in the hotel (around 18 o'clock), which was made possible for us uncomplicated!

In close proximity to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Metro station was also very close, just one stop to Burj Khalifa. Complete personal safety, reception, and everything else is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and wide variety of food. We were there for the second time and hopefully would come again next time.

Everything was fine

Clean hotel in a very comfortable building not far from a train station and the airport. Immaculately clean unit with all toiletries available. Really amazing stay for business trip, no reason to complain.

The view was perfect

The pool was too warm.

Breakfast buffet was very good - a huge selection. Fitness center and pool available and very clean. Great bathroom.

I did not like the inward facing suite I stayed in since there was no way of introducing fresh air into the rooms.

Clean, tidy and well standard. they apologized for the late check-in and offered me late check-out.

Late check-in, you would hear the vacuum noise in the early morning time, disturbed by hearing other rooms guests all the night. The curtain is not thick enough to keep the room dark.

I had an amazing time here! The breakfast selection was incredible, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Also, the cleaning service was impeccable, they changed the bed sheets every day! I’ll definitely go back!

The deluxe suite we booked was amazing and the staff were just so attentive and met every request. They have a gym a Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam room which guests can use for free during their stay. I must say we used them and it helped us relax after long days out with the two children.

the hotel is very nice and location was great, but it's not as they mentioned in the descriptin, it's close to Dubai mall but not walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpfull and rooms are very comfortable. value of money was good as well.

The location was perfect for me. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are less than 10 min drive from the hotel. The price for the location and the size of the room is considered so cheap.

1) The breakfast variety was good but most of the food was in small plates which made it finish so fast and people had to wait until they refill it again which took quite alot of time. This was espically frastrating for the bread. I don't find any good reason to have tiny baskets of bread available when you know everyone needs bread in their breakfast!! It literly took longer time for them to refill the baskets than the time the basket got empty after refilling it!!! 2) The room service guys didn't empty the trash cans when they cleaned the room although it was full. I don't know the reason but I didn't like it!! 3) The room cards automatically disableat at 12 pm of your day of departure which is a headache if you had to check out late!!
